"Professional Interview" Training Workshop Held at Amol Wire and Cable Company

In March 20224, Amol Wire and Cable Company hosted a "Professional Interview" training workshop. 
One of the main challenges in challenges in contemporary human resources management is the effective selection of candidates. The workshop focused on modern methods of recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, with an emphasis on identifying top talent. 
During the workshop, Dr. Akbar Eidi shared cutting-edge techniques and strategies to improve the effectiveness of employment interviews. The workshop was attended by managers from all units and all members of the human resources team.
