The Behavioral Patterns Recognition Workshop was held in the winter of 2023 at Amol Cable Company. In this workshop, the focus was on the importance of personal and interpersonal recognition, and the different personality typologies were examined.
Notably, employees from all departments, both operational and administrative, actively participated in the workshop. This session was taught by Dr. Eidi, a faculty member of the Industrial Management Organization and a professor at the University of Tehran.
