Amol Wire and Cable Company held a training workshop focusing on the "Recognition of Behavioral Patterns."

The "Recognition of Behavioral Patterns" workshop was held in December 2023 at Amol Wire and Cable Company. Considering the significance of identifying individual and interpersonal behaviors, the workshop focused on exploring personality typologies.

A notable aspect of the workshop was the enthusiastic participation of personnel from all departments, from both operational and headquarters units.

The workshop was conducted by Dr. Eidi, a faculty member of the Iranian Industrial Management Organization and a professor at Tehran University.
